Mr. Clarke's Spanish debut arrives as Elvino in Bellini's ethereal La Sonnambula with Ópera de la vera — Ras de terra. The Orquesta Ensemblement y Coro de Extremadura, conducted by Juan Pablo Valencia Heredia and directed by William Costabile Cisco, will bring this enchanting opera to life. Additionally, Clarke will delight young audiences in a children's adaptation of Wagner's iconic Der fliegende Holländer in Lübeck. Mr. Clarke's season culminates with a particularly prestigious engagement: the title role of Lord Arturo Talbo in Bellini's I Puritani with the Hamburger Kammeroper. Under the baton of Ettore Prandi and with the Rungholt Ensemble, Clarke's portrayal of Arturo promises to be a highlight of the season, offering audiences a showcase into this character's emotional turmoil and vocal brilliance.
